At iWearGlasses it is our top priority to ensure our customers are delighted with both the quality glasses you receive and the ordering process. If for any reason you are not, we invite you to contact us with your concern and additionally we offer a no quibble 14 day refund policy.

What our refund policy includes:

We will refund the full cost of your glasses including the lenses. The policy does not include postage and packaging costs.

How to return your glasses:

Simply download and print our returns form, fill in your details and post it to us with your glasses using the original packaging. We will process your return within 21 days of receipt.

14 Day return period:

We must receive your glasses within 14 days from our dispatch date as printed on your order. We would recommend using recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

Condition of your glasses on return:

Your glasses must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the glasses are correctly packaged and returned in the original condition. Any damage not detailed on the returns form will void the guarantee.
