iWearGlasses TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

Any Order and subsequent purchase of Goods (as defined below) from iWearGlasses shall be governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

1. In these Conditions:

"iWearGlasses" is the trading name for I Wear Glasses Limited, trading on the internet at www.iwearglasses.co.uk or on the telephone on 020 7193 1077.

2. Customer Obligations

2.1 By submitting your prescription order to iWearGlasses you confirm:

2.1.1 you are aged 16 or over and are not registered blind or partially sighted;

2.1.2 you are in possession of a written prescription for your spectacles that has been given to you by a suitably qualified person in the last 24 months (or 12 months if you are aged 70 or over); and

2.1.3 you will supply accurate details of your current prescription (including any notes on the prescription) when requested.

2.2 By using our re-glazing service you confirm:

2.2.1 if you're sending us plastic frames, it does not have cracks, is not discoloured or brittle.

2.2.2 if you're sending us metal frames, the screws holding the lenses are not damaged.

2.2.3 if you're sending us rimless frames, the lenses are not secured with a permanent nut and bolt.

3. Orders for Goods

3.1 Orders to iWearGlasses must be submitted either via the web at www.iwearglasses.co.uk, by telephone on 020 7193 1077.

3.2 Submission of an Order represents an offer to purchase Goods from iWearGlasses, and iWearGlasses may confirm receipt of this offer via email (if the Order is placed via the Site) or verbally (if the Order is placed via telephone).

3.3 Your Order is accepted by iWearGlasses only once it has been reviewed and authorised and your payment has been processed. iWearGlasses will confirm acceptance of your Order via email or verbally.

4. Limitations of Supply

4.1 iWearGlasses will make reasonable effort to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee the availability of Goods. If the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive a replacement or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.

4.2. iWearGlasses has absolute discretion as to whether or not to accept your Order.

4.3 If considered necessary or appropriate before an Order is accepted, we have absolute discretion:

4.3.1 to contact you to discuss your Order;

4.3.2 to request that you send iWearGlasses a copy of your written prescription;

4.3.3 to contact directly, or request that you contact, the optician who provided your prescription to verify and/or discuss your prescription;

4.3.4 to request that you obtain your pupillary distance measurement from your optician; or

4.3.5 request that you obtain a new written prescription from your optician.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 Subject to Clause 5.3, the price payable by you for the Goods shall be the price stated on the Site or the current mail order catalogue at the time your Order is placed.

5.2 Prices stated are the full cash price payable for the Goods.

5.3 iWearGlasses use best endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the prices and price related information stated in its current catalogue and on the Site.

However we cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, we will notify you of the error before your payment is processed. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order.

6. Delivery and Carriage

6.1 iWearGlasses will take reasonable endeavours to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order.

6.2 You will be notified by email at the time your Goods are dispatched.

6.3 Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you placed your Order.

6.4 If your Goods are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact iWearGlasses.

If either iWearGlasses or their courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.

7. Money Back Guarantee

7.1 We hope that you will be happy with the glasses you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your Goods, under our 14-day Money Back Guarantee, you can return them to iWearGlasses within 14 days of the date you received the Goods and receive a full refund.

7.2 Please use the Returns Form when returning your Goods.

7.3 iWearGlasses will refund the full amount you paid for the returned Goods. Alternatively, if you would like to exchange (or part-exchange) your Goods, please add the appropriate details in the comments field of the Returns Form.

7.4 You will be notified by email when your returned Goods have been received by iWearGlasses.

8. Copyright and Trademarks

8.1 The Site's design, names, text, images, graphics, logo are all owned by, or licensed to, iWearGlasses. They may not be reproduced for any commercial or public purpose without the expressed consent of iWearGlasses.

8.2 The iWearGlasses name or any other registered or unregistered trademarks displayed on the Site may not be used without the prior consent of iWearGlasses.
